Refund Policy

Thank you so much for placing an order with Oh Yeah Cakes! We appreciate your business! As a small business, our dedication to our craft is not limited to the treats we make. We take pride in our customer service efforts and are committed to make your special events even more special!

Because we are a small business, our custom services get booked up quickly. When an order is placed, we require a deposit to hold your spot and  to ensure that you will receive our services on that date. This means that once a deposit is paid, you are set in our books, and our availability for that date decreases and other customers are turned away.

That being said, life happens! In the event of a cancellation, here is our policy:

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Deposits for large event orders (which include but are not limited to: Weddings, Quinceañeras, large cakes that require delivery) are $100 and NON-REFUNDABLE unless canceled 4 months or more in advance.

If more than $100 has been paid, and a cancellation takes place between 30-120 days, we will keep the $100 deposit and refund you the remaining amount.

If more than $100 has been paid, and a cancellation takes place in 30-14 days before the event, we will keep the $100 deposit and the remaining amount will be given as store credit.

If more than $100 has been paid, and the order is cancelled less than 2 weeks before the event, we will keep half of the order total and refund the remainder as store credit.

If the cake is cancelled less than 3-4 days before the event and we have already started on it, you will not receive a refund.

  • Deposits for regular custom orders are $50 and NON-REFUNDABLE unless canceled 3 weeks or more in advance.
  • Any ready-made orders (cakes and cupcakes) are refundable if cancelled within 4 business days.
